Objective
Riversource Precious Metals invests for long-term growth of capital. It normally invests at least 80% of assets in the stocks of companies engaged in the precious metals or mining indurstries.  These companies generally explore, mine, process or distribute precious metals and related minerals. It may also invest upto 10% in gold, silver or other precious metals, strategic metals or other metals occurring naturally within such metals.Taking a global approach, at least 50% of net assets are invested outside the U.S, offering significant foreign market exposure.
