Objectives
DWS Gold & Precious Metals Fund invests for growth with about 80% in
the stocks of companies that operate in the gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals
markets. It may also invest directly in the bullion markets. Upto 20% of net assets may be invested in the
debt instruments of these companies. Although the fund will invest primarily in large cap companies, it will
also look for compelling opportunities in mid-cap and small-cap companies in the gold and precious metals
industry.
